Advanced Module Architecture of Body Movement - Madrid

Human Architecture in Motion with focus on the lower pole and the trunk from 27 September on different dates at the Yoga Center in Madrid.

As yoga practitioners we learn to move through our body. But ... Why settle for just looking at how we practice the asanas?
The body allows us to move and practice yoga, but it is a much more precise and comprehensive tool that can help us to experience, to know ourselves and to observe ourselves from another perspective.  The way in which we interact with the outside and the way through which we perceive and express ourselves affects the way we move, teach, practice and structure any yoga movement or posture.

With the practice of asanas, combining the understanding of the body and human morphology with tools such as anatomy, embryology and biomechanical models, we will delve into and investigate the architecture of the body, opening a wide range that will help us explore beyond of the practice of asanas.
