The sixth sense

the entry in the world, the new space to explore, that finds comfort in mother´s hands....

Proprioception, also known as kinesthesia, is the process through which sensory input provides feedback about either ease or strenuous movement, as well as where parts in the body are located in relation to each other without the support of sight. It is considered a sixth sense as it is regulated by a specific part of the brain.

One of the first kinesthetic experiences we live in is the first wail,  the entry into the world, the new space to explore. that finds comfort in mother´s hands.

Mind, body and space are inseparable. A change in the relationship with the space inside the body corresponds to a change in the whole body-mind system

Our bodies are our gardens and our wills are our gardeners
